Groups
For the people who carry a lot.
I come into your setting, a school community, a parent group, a staff team or a retreat you're hosting, and lead a session on staying steady under pressure and finding the next step that's actually yours to take.
What happens in the room
The session is practical and grounded. We work with what people are actually carrying, not a lecture about it, using a simple cycle: Pause. Regulate. Do. Repeat. No one is pushed toward an action, and every choice stays with the person making it.
Format
A half day session, in person or online, shaped around your group. Other formats can be discussed.
Who I work with
Schools and staff teams. Parents and caregivers, including families of children with disabilities. Communities and organizations hosting their own gatherings.
Patricia Pollack, Guide
I help people find what is really running underneath the problem, get steady, and take the next step. Twenty-seven years inside complex care taught me how to stay present when things are hard and answers are incomplete. I am certified in hypnotherapy, with study and practice in emotional intelligence and nervous system regulation.
This is not therapy or crisis support.
