You know what needs to happen.
It still hasn't happened.

Most approaches either push you past what you feel or try to resolve it first. I help you stay with it and take the step from there.

Through private intensives and group sessions, we work with what you are actually carrying. There is room to pause, meet it, and choose what comes next.

Pause. Regulate.
Do. Repeat.

We work with what is present. Steadiness doesn't end when you act. Every step stirs something, so we steady again and take the next one. One regulated microstep at a time. When a step becomes available, you can choose to take it. Then we return to what the step brings up. No one is pushed toward an action, and every choice stays with the person making it.

Creator of The Pause Is the Answer™

I don't give people their answer. Most already have it. I help them get steady enough to act on it.

Twenty-seven years inside complex care.

It taught me that the situation may not get easier, and the feeling may not leave first. The next step can still be taken. I bring that capacity to the room with you, alongside study and practice in emotional intelligence and nervous system regulation. I am certified in hypnotherapy.

My understanding of this work began at home. For years I searched for ways to help my daughter, and along the way I recognized that I needed support too. I explored many practices. What stayed with me was not a single method. It was learning that a person can stay present with something hard, and choose from there, when they are not carrying it alone.

This work is not therapy or crisis support.

"Since working with Patricia, things are moving freely and with flow. I'm integrating who I am and am grateful for the help along the way."

Who gets to decide what is true about you?

Long before HELD, Patricia was studying how belief, subconscious programming and identity shape what a person does. Her 2019 book, Manifest The Life You Want — The Donald Trump Way, used one highly visible public figure as a case study in self-perception and internally held belief.

Her work has deepened since.

Belief matters. But belief alone does not explain why capable people can know exactly what needs to happen and still not move.

Between knowing and doing is the body. A nervous system shaped by what it has learned to expect, protect against and prepare for.

That is where Patricia works now:

at the point where what you have learned to expect no longer has to decide your next step.
